Video Display Processor

This is the VDP (Video Display Processor) chip. It produced a 256x192 pixel screen in 16 colors, or in text mode a 240x192 pixel screen in 2 colors.

It is this chip which give the newer TI99/4A the A. This chip could run very hot and had a heatsink.
